Emilomo & Rohack Resources Limited was incorporated in 2011 and began operation years later out of Nigeria and San Francisco, USA with a staff of about 5 people made up of Bankers, Software Engineers At Silicon Valley, Strategists, Lawyers, Accountants, Management Consultants and several other professionals-all experts in their respective fields. In 2019 rebranded to take you higher.

  • Prosper Nwankpa

    Director (USA)

    Prosper is based in San Francisco, and oversees the US Office Head Office of Emilomo And Rohack Resources Limited. He is the group head of software development and directs his team in building highly available and scalable systems. Under the guidance of his software architectural genius, his team has built the infrastructure behind the unique sampling technology of the firm.

    An astute business man and over 10 years hands-on experience with Oracle RDBMS, Windows and over 5 years with MS-Access. He is an Oracle certified professional, and possesses good knowledge of Biometrics Technology, excellent expertise in Problem Identification / Resolution and Performance Tuning, Solid experience in Software Design, Implementation, Customer Support and System Integration. He is a highly skilled and true customer service oriented professional with good communication and listening skills. Mr. Nwankpa also has background of varied experiences in the Education, Telecom, Financial and Public Sector industries. He is also a Director of Peanuts Labs LLC, USA involved in Software Design, Implementation, Customer Support and System Integration. He is the Chairman of the board of directors at ERRL.

  • Oladokun Ogunbodede

    Excutive Director/COO

    A graduate of Microbiology from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife; Oladokun Ogunbodede has over 16 years experience in Business Planning, Credit Analysis, Human Resource Management, Project Management, Business Development, Organizational Strategy, Customer Relationship Management and Real Estate Management.

    He started his career with the defunct MBC International Bank in 2001, as an Assistant Head of Operations in his branch. He rose through the ranks to become the Assistant Head of the Corporate & Investment Banking Department, before leaving for First Bank of Nigeria in 2006 as the Head of Marketing in the FBN Chevron branch. He had a short stint with the Guaranty Trust Bank Corporate Banking Department before joining FinBank in 2007 as the Head of Credit & Marketing at the Awolowo branch of the bank. He left FinBank in 2009 to join MastermindsHRSG Consulting, a(n) HR & capacity development firm.

    Oladokun holds an MBA degree from the prestigious Lagos Business School – Pan African University. He is the ED/COO working closely with the board chairman to jump start the strategic intents of the group.

  • Dr. Philip Akiode, FCA

    Director

    Philip is the Director, in charge of Risk Management & Internal Control for the company. He holds a first degree in Business Administration and a M.Sc. in Banking and Finance from the University of Ibadan. A professional to the core, he is a member of various professional bodies including Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), just to mention a few.

    Philip has over 30years of experience in personnel & business management, budgeting and planning, tax management, financial reporting, risk management, cost management and strategy. He was in the running and establishment of various companies, among which are: Royal Exchange Assurance Nigeria Limited, Consolidated Management Consultants Limited, Olushola Adekanola & Co., RISONPALM Limited, Port Harcourt, NIYAMCO Plc etc.

  • Nwankwo Chukwuemeka

    Project Manager, Real Estate

    Mr. Nwankwo is a graduate of University of Calabar, Cross River State with a degree in Agriculture (Soil Science) graduating as one of the best students in his department. He is currently the Project Manager, Real Estate Division of Emilomo & Rohack Resources Limited. Before now, he has gained vast experience in operations, fieldwork, project management and business administration, working in various sectors.

    In 2003, he worked with Soft Systems – a Human Resource consulting firm where he started his career as a Field Officer in the Regional Master Plan Research/Survey for Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Abia State on Small, Medium, Large Scale and Manufacturing Industries, Trade Associations, Formal and Informal Institutions.

    He later moved into the Haulage/Logistics industry where he worked for several companies including Arcturus Merchant Trust Limited in Victoria Island as an Admin. Personnel in 2004 and Roadmarks Nigeria Limited (a better established haulage firm) in 2005 as a Relationship Officer where he created a balance between service provision to clients and activity report model development respectively which led him to be promoted to Relationship Manager before leaving in 2006 to become pioneering partner in Naboth Transport Limited.

  • Esther Ukpabio

    Admin / Risk Officer

    Esther, is a graduate of Banking and Finance (National Diploma) from Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro in 2006 where she came out with Upper Credit.

    A talent driven individual that is focused on performance as well as results with ability to provide an accurate and efficient administrative /secretarial services to all staff within an office environment. Esther possesses a strong background in general administration along with experience of working in a fast paced and pressurized environment. She has a real drive to grow her career within any industry, and is greatly excited at the possibility of working. She is very smart, presentable, and demonstrates great pride in her professionalism. She has great interest in building a career in any organization where employees are motivated and hardworking, skills are developed, and learning is encouraged. She believes in the importance of research and documentation, and has an outstanding passion for achieving results. She also has a strong bias for Debts Recovery and Collections as an Assistant Debt Recovery Consultant in an Account Receivable Firm where she is been saddled with the responsibility of enhancing executives effectiveness by providing information, manage, support and contact debtors to implement repayment schedules within terms. Esther has attended several LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT courses from The School Of Leadership & Excellence Academy in areas like: Effective Customers Services, Negotiation Skills, Time Management Skills, Finance for Non Finance Managers amongst others.

    She has an excellent customer relationship management skill, proper coordination of resources to meet day-to-day operations of the organization. She is presently Administrative Executive at Emilomo And Rohack Resources Limited.

  • Barr. Stephen Ogbede

    Legal Officer

    Stephen as he is fondly called is a graduate of Law (LLB) from the University of Benin, Edo State in 2015 and BL from Nigeria Law School in 2016, Abuja where he obtained Upper Credit.

    A self-driven Legal Practitioner that is focused on performance as well as results with ability to provide an accurate and efficient legal / secretarial services to the company. Barr Stephen possesses a strong background in general administration along with experience of working in a fast paced and pressurized environment. He has a real drive to grow his career within any sector of the economy, and is greatly excited at the possibility of working. She is very smart, presentable, and demonstrates great pride in her professionalism.

    He is an advocate in all matters of litigations, property law, company law, commercial law and energy & gas law which led him to join this investment advisory group to contribute his quotas to the financial growth of the organization. He has over 3 years of professional legal experience. He is currently an Associate Partner at Olatunji Osikoya and Co situate at Ikorodu, Lagos State.
